dark voltanis useless?? who said so? penang player just dun know how to use such a card,dark voltanis can be strong enough for counter fairy u know? some more is lvl8,when u feel u dun wan to use it,just use for trade in~it's atk point just same as van'dalgyon,and once van'dalgyon's effect finish,tribute it for dark voltanis for new effect larh~
